Muhammad Afzal, although old now, cannot take a break from work as he is the sole bread earner of his family. He has 2 daughters and a son who attends the 4th grade at a government school. His eldest daughter is differently-abled and has special needs, and Afzal has taken great care of her throughout. Not only is he hard-working, but is also a very caring father.
