A loan of $360 helped to expand a book store by adding more books.
Muhammad Siddique, 34 years of age, lives with his wife and three young daughters in a small rented house in Lahore, Pakistan. He is educated uptill graduate level, and has a history of teaching as a home tutor for about 13 years. However, he also owns and manages affairs at a small bookshop that deals in various books and novels, course textbooks, stationaries and other school supplies. He has been involved in this business for the past 5 years. He is the sole source of income for this family of five. Muhammad hopes to improve sales at his store by accumulating a larger volume of books and supplies in order to bring in a larger income. However, given his financially restrained position, Muhammad is unable to gather enough capital to oversee such a business expansion. He requires a little encouragement in the form of a loan of $360 from generous donors willing to contribute to his crowd fund.
It will enable a bookshop owner to bring in a better stock of books and supplies in order to increase his sales and grow his business.
